Former congressional candidate Michelle Bond and her boyfriend, former FTX govt Ryan Salame, are underneath investigation by Federal prosecutors in Manhattan.

The report notes that this investigation is separate from the authorized proceedings involving FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF). SBF was charged in December for allegedly stealing billions of {dollars} from FTX clients. He has pleaded not responsible and is scheduled to face trial in October.
